Shine & Luster, Inc. ("Shine & Luster", "we") provides software for cleaning businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This document is a placeholder template - replace with your final legal copy before launch.

2. Data we collect

Account and company data you provide (name, email, company, state, team size). Operational data your business creates in the product (clients, jobs, invoices, photos, checklists). Field data from cleaners using the app (GPS clock-in, photos, checklist responses). Payment metadata from Stripe (we never see full card numbers).

3. How we use it

To run the product for you, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not use client data to train third-party AI models.

4. Sharing

With sub-processors that power the product (hosting, email, payments, background checks). A full list is available on request.

5. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion and export of your data. Email privacy@shineandluster.com for any request.
