Do I really get 14 days free with no credit card?

How does Shine & Luster handle payment fees?

We don't mark up Stripe. You pay Stripe's standard rate directly and we take nothing on top - unlike most cleaning platforms.

Can I import from ZenMaid, Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. Import clients, recurring plans and cleaners from CSV or a direct export. Most teams are live in under a day.

What about US sales tax and 1099s?

Sales tax is calculated per zip on invoices (opt-in per state). 1099-NEC totals are tracked automatically per contractor and exportable in January.
